Burma’s military junta has waged a violent war against its own people, especially in the ethnic regions. More than a million people are either on the run or hiding in Burma's jungles from the military junta.

Meet the people that you are running for at a Run For Relief event. With your support, relief teams are able to provide life saving food, medicine and shelter to these displaced communities.

During a 1997 military offensive in Eastern Burma, a relief effort was founded called the 'Free Burma Rangers'. In partnership with Partners Relief & Development, the organizations support and train relief teams operating in the oppressed ethnic regions of Burma.

These teams deliver medicine and survival supplies, document the ongoing situation in the ethnic areas, and stand with the people when they are attacked.
